Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales administration including order reception, data entry in SAP, delivery tracking, and data reliability updates.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless information flow and request follow-up.
  • Monitor and analyze sales administration performance through KPIs, providing feedback to relevant teams to achieve set objectives.
  • Handle customer disputes and claims, contributing to their resolution and implementing necessary corrective actions.
  • Lead supply chain optimization projects by mapping processes, identifying issues, proposing improvements, and overseeing implementation.
  • Deploy digitalization of processes by gathering requirements, participating in tool implementation, conducting tests, training, and post-deployment follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in sales administration or supply chain roles, preferably in an SAP environment.

Skills

Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Powerquery, and Python as a plus. Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication and customer service orientation. Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach. Autonomous, meticulous, and team-oriented work style. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; Spanish is a plus.

Experience

Experience in sales administration or supply chain roles, ideally within an SAP environment.

Education

Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain Management.
