Rolex seeks a Sponsorship Project Manager in Geneva to coordinate Tudor brand activations, partnerships, and events with precision and strategic vision.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and oversee sponsorship activations and events from conception to execution
- Coordinate internal teams, regional markets, external partners, and service providers across all project phases
- Ensure all activations maintain brand consistency, align with communication objectives, and meet quality standards
- Manage on-site operational coordination during events as required
- Maintain control over brand asset utilization and development of event-related materials
- Oversee campaigns, photo shoots, content management, and social media publications in partnership with relevant departments
- Administer project tracking, budgeting, and financial oversight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in marketing, communications, events management, project management, or equivalent discipline
- Confirmed experience of 3–5 years in project management, sponsorship, events, marketing, or communications roles
- Background in premium, luxury, sports, lifestyle, or international environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within dynamic settings
- Exceptional administrative rigor and meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent French and advanced English proficiency (C1 level); additional languages advantageous
- Flexibility for periodic travel and on-site presence at events

Experience
3–5 years of confirmed experience in project management, sponsorship, events, marketing, or communications roles, ideally within premium, luxury, sports, or international environments.
Education
Advanced degree in marketing, communications, events management, project management, or equivalent discipline.
