Rolex seeks Space Planner in Geneva to design and manage administrative and industrial facility projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse requirements from internal stakeholders to propose technically sound, realistic solutions aligned with project objectives; provide advisory support throughout all project phases
- Design and prepare technical documentation including plans, specifications, schedules, and technical details necessary for project execution
- Establish budgetary estimates and monitor project financial performance, including cost control, commitment tracking, variance analysis, and corrective action implementation
- Plan, organize, and coordinate construction and renovation works in collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols
- Oversee comprehensive project management from initial requirements through final work acceptance, maintaining clear and regular communication with all stakeholders
Qualifications
- Architect or CFC Building Draughtsman/Draughtswoman qualification, or Interior Architecture diploma
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD (Version 28) and MS Project software
- Proactive, autonomous approach with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
Skills
Experience
More than five years of demonstrated experience in managing administrative and/or industrial construction and renovation projects.
Education
Architect qualification, CFC Building Draughtsman/Draughtswoman certification, or Interior Architecture diploma required.
