Rolex Space Planner in Geneva — mid-level role responsible for retail store layouts, planograms and fixture design across the boutique network.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain retail store layouts, planograms and fixture plans that reflect Rolex brand standards across the boutique network.
- Produce detailed CAD drawings, technical specifications and 3D visualisations for new openings, refits and seasonal resets.
- Collaborate with retail operations, visual merchandisers, architects and external contractors to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- Translate merchandising directives and sales data into space-allocation strategies to optimise product adjacency and commercial performance.
- Manage fixture libraries, material specifications and supplier relationships to ensure consistency and durability of displays.
- Coordinate site surveys, installation sequencing and quality control checks during roll-out phases.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, accessibility and local regulatory requirements for store interiors.
- Provide ongoing support and training to boutique teams on planogram execution and visual standards.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, industrial design or a closely related discipline.
