Role & Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to analyse functional requirements and capture project brief.
- Prepare technical dossiers, execution drawings and detailed specifications for fit-out and building works.
- Produce work estimates and monitor project finances, ensuring budgets and cost controls are maintained.
- Plan, schedule and coordinate on-site activities and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Supervise quality of execution and ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, safety and company standards.
- Maintain project documentation and report progress to the Purchases, Support & Infrastructure division.
Qualifications
- Architect, CFC Draughtsman in building (Dessinateur en bâtiment), or diploma in Interior Architecture.
- More than 5 years' experience leading fit-out and/or building project delivery.
- Proven ability to produce execution-level technical dossiers and coordinate multi-disciplinary contractors.
- Proactive, autonomous and highly attentive to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal aptitude for stakeholder management.
Skills
Experience
At least 5 years' experience in planning and managing building and fit-out projects, ideally within industrial or corporate environments.
Education
Degree or professional qualification in Architecture, Building Draughtsmanship (CFC) or Interior Architecture.
