Role & Responsibilities

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to analyse functional requirements and capture project brief.
  • Prepare technical dossiers, execution drawings and detailed specifications for fit-out and building works.
  • Produce work estimates and monitor project finances, ensuring budgets and cost controls are maintained.
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate on-site activities and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
  • Supervise quality of execution and ensure compliance with applicable building regulations, safety and company standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and report progress to the Purchases, Support & Infrastructure division.

Qualifications

  • Architect, CFC Draughtsman in building (Dessinateur en bâtiment), or diploma in Interior Architecture.
  • More than 5 years' experience leading fit-out and/or building project delivery.
  • Proven ability to produce execution-level technical dossiers and coordinate multi-disciplinary contractors.
  • Proactive, autonomous and highly attentive to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal aptitude for stakeholder management.

Experience

At least 5 years' experience in planning and managing building and fit-out projects, ideally within industrial or corporate environments.
