Rolex (Geneva) seeks a Short Film Production Intern to produce a sector's annual activities short film. Internship in Geneva.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end production of a short documentary film capturing one sector's annual activities, from concept to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop narrative treatment, storyboard and shot list aligned with brand guidelines.
- Assist on-set with camera operation, lighting, sound capture and interview facilitation during shoots.
- Assemble and manage digital media assets, ensuring correct ingest, backup and logging of footage.
- Conduct offline and online editing, applying pacing, sound design and basic colour grading to produce a polished deliverable.
- Coordinate scheduling, location logistics and clearances; liaise with internal teams and any external agencies or freelancers.
- Prepare final deliverables in required formats and document project archives for internal dissemination.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or technical programme in film, audiovisual production, multimedia, communications or a closely related discipline.
- A demonstrable showreel or portfolio of short films, corporate videos or multimedia projects.
- Understanding of narrative structure, interview technique and documentary production workflows.
- Ability to work flexibly on location and to meet tight production deadlines while preserving brand standards.
Skills
Experience
Practical experience through academic projects, internships or freelance work in video production; at least one completed short film or equivalent project included in a showreel is expected.
Education
Enrolled in or recent graduate of a recognised programme in film production, audiovisual media, multimedia communications or an allied discipline.
