Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform polishing and satin-finishing of watch cases and bracelets returned for service, ensuring adherence to original finish standards.
  • Conduct rigorous self-inspections and precise checks to maintain uncompromising quality according to defined criteria.
  • Execute washing and cleaning operations on various components, preserving material brilliance and durability.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • CFC in watch casing finishing or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a service workshop.

Skills

Proficiency in using industry-related computer systems. Manual dexterity, precision, meticulousness, and finesse in task execution. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently. Customer-oriented, with excellent listening skills, open-mindedness, rigor, and organizational skills. Consistency, diligence, autonomy, strong team spirit, versatility, and flexibility.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a service workshop.

Education

CFC in watch casing finishing or equivalent qualification.
