Rolex seeks a Senior Industrial Projects Manager in Geneva to lead large-scale manufacturing programme development and production line optimization.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a comprehensive programme of large-scale industrial projects and associated portfolio management
- Ensure global coordination and animation of the programme across all project streams
- Plan and organize activities in alignment with defined project objectives and timelines
- Coordinate with diverse internal teams and external project stakeholders to maintain alignment and momentum
- Report on programme progress, milestones, and deliverable status according to established KPIs and governance frameworks
- Initiate and drive change management initiatives across multiple divisions and organizational functions
Qualifications
- Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent institution
- Extensive experience managing large-scale programmes or projects
- Technical competencies with demonstrated curiosity and problem-solving ability
- Strong organizational skills and proven autonomy in execution
- Excellent interpersonal abilities with active listening and synthesis capabilities

Education
Engineering diploma from an accredited institution (HES, EPF, or internationally equivalent programme).
