Rolex in Geneva seeks a Senior Horological Jeweller (After‑Sales Restorer) to restore and repair watch jewellery and components in the Service Centre.
Role & Responsibilities
- Restore unique and historic pieces with meticulous care, precision and respect for the original aesthetic.
- Carry out repairs on watch components including bracelets, cases (carrure), bezels and casebacks.
- Perform refurbishment, adjustment and finishing work on jewellery elements integrated into watchmaking.
- Ensure execution meets the Maison’s exacting quality standards and technical specifications.
- Manage repair workflow, follow up on jobs and respect agreed turnaround times.
Qualifications
- Federal vocational qualification (CFC) or equivalent diploma in jewellery/goldsmithing.
- Minimum 10 years’ proven experience in jewellery for horology, preferably within an After‑Sales/Service centre.
- Thorough knowledge of precious metals and gemstones.
- Demonstrated mastery of chain/bracelet techniques; engraving and stone‑setting are strong assets.
- Highly autonomous, exceptionally precise, responsible and committed to superior quality; strong team spirit.
Skills
Experience
At least 10 years of professional experience in jewellery within the horology sector, ideally in an After‑Sales Service environment handling restoration and repair of watch jewellery and components.
Education
CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) in jewellery/goldsmithing or equivalent vocational diploma.
