Rolex — Security Systems Engineer in Geneva. Permanent role managing access control, CCTV and other technical security systems.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate, together with external partners, the deployment of technical security projects (access control, video surveillance/CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, parking management, etc.).
  • Continuously monitor technological developments and propose concepts that integrate new security systems and solutions.
  • Maintain and update operational dossiers, technical documentation and system runbooks for security installations.
  • Provide user assistance and operational support for incidents and service requests related to security systems.
  • Define, implement and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all technical security systems.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as the operational lead or manager for technical security systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of technical security installations and their operating principles.
  • Proven experience drafting technical security concepts and specifications.
  • Formal training in project management.
  • Fluent French (spoken and written); good command of English (minimum B2); German is an asset.
  • Demonstrated rigor, discretion and strong operational reliability.
