Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate, together with external partners, the deployment of technical security projects (access control, video surveillance/CCTV, intrusion detection, intercom, parking management, etc.).
- Continuously monitor technological developments and propose concepts that integrate new security systems and solutions.
- Maintain and update operational dossiers, technical documentation and system runbooks for security installations.
- Provide user assistance and operational support for incidents and service requests related to security systems.
- Define, implement and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all technical security systems.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as the operational lead or manager for technical security systems.
- Excellent knowledge of technical security installations and their operating principles.
- Proven experience drafting technical security concepts and specifications.
- Formal training in project management.
- Fluent French (spoken and written); good command of English (minimum B2); German is an asset.
- Demonstrated rigor, discretion and strong operational reliability.

Experience
At least five years' hands-on experience as the operational lead or manager of technical security systems, including responsibility for deployments, maintenance planning and user support.
Education
Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent.
