Rolex Security Officer position in Geneva, Switzerland. Manage fire safety systems and security protocols for luxury watchmaker facility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure operational functionality of fire protection and safety systems across the assigned Geneva site
- Control and initiate corrective measures necessary to maintain facility installations
- Coordinate surveillance missions and tasks with external safety mandate representatives
- Supervise and train intervention personnel for fire and evacuation procedures
- Develop and promote best practices in fire safety and security protocols
- Integrate safety and security standards into new building projects and facility renovations
- Prepare operational and functional specifications documents for new projects
- Manage building access control systems and key distribution
- Participate in on-call emergency response duties
Qualifications
- AEAI (Association of Cantonal Fire Insurance Offices) fire prevention certification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in fire protection and security
- Proficiency in spoken and written French
- Knowledge of technical fire protection and safety installations
- Proficiency with standard business software and IT tools
- Discretion, confidentiality awareness, and ability to respond to emergency situations
- Strong organizational skills and excellent priority management
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in fire protection and security roles. Volunteer firefighter experience is advantageous.
Education
AEAI fire prevention diploma required. Technical training in fire safety and security systems is essential.
