Rolex seeks an experienced Screw Machine Operator in Bienne, Switzerland. CNC machining expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage equipment setup and series changeovers to ensure seamless production transitions
- Execute production activities in strict adherence to established manufacturing standards and specifications
- Perform in-line inspections during production runs, identify variances, adjust machine parameters as required, and manage tool wear and tool breakage
- Diagnose common production defects and implement corrective actions
- Contribute to skills development and support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
- Maintain accurate production documentation and communicate operational instructions to team members
Qualifications
- CFC (Federal Diploma) in Polymechanic or equivalent
- Proven experience operating Swissnano or Citizen R04/R07 automatic screw machines
- Proficiency with problem-solving methodologies and quality control tools
- Strong team orientation and communication skills
- Demonstrated autonomy and sense of responsibility
Skills
Experience
Confirmed professional experience in screw machining operations, particularly with Swissnano or Citizen automatic lathe equipment.
Education
Federal Diploma (CFC) in Polymechanics or equivalent vocational qualification in precision manufacturing.
