Rolex seeks a Scheduling Manager in Geneva to coordinate maintenance planning and supply ordering for the Procurement, Support & Infrastructure division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance interventions across the facilities management operation
- Track work completion and maintain coordination with internal stakeholders and maintenance teams
- Process and manage purchase orders and supply requisitions for the maintenance service
- Update and maintain intervention and order data within the SAP enterprise resource planning system
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of scheduling processes and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Training or diploma in production logistics or equivalent qualification
- Advanced proficiency with IT systems and SAP enterprise resource planning software
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling and planning, preferably in an industrial or maintenance environment
- Strong team orientation and commitment to service excellence
- Exemplary attention to detail, analytical mindset, technical curiosity, autonomy, and initiative

Experience
Experience in scheduling and planning, preferably within an industrial or maintenance environment; familiarity with facilities management or preventive maintenance protocols is advantageous.
