Rolex Tudor seeks Sales Administration Manager in Geneva for 6-month fixed-term contract. SAP/Excel expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support market managers in the monitoring of deliveries and achievement of sales objectives
- Provide administrative and logistics support across sponsoring, finance, inventory, and billing teams
- Register orders from direct clients and supplementary requests from the commercial department
- Organize and position requirements according to delivery schedules, planning timelines, and export constraints
- Participate in the creation, updating, and enhancement of internal procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar sales administration or order management role
- Proficiency in SAP SD module
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau is advantageous
- Mastery of standard office software tools
- Excellent proficiency in French and English; additional languages preferred
- Strong client service orientation and stress management capability
- Team player with collaborative mindset
