Rolex Robotics Maintenance Technician position in Geneva. Three-shift maintenance role supporting logistics operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute first-level maintenance interventions across the logistics operational scope
- Guarantee equipment performance and operational availability
- Document and maintain traceability of all maintenance interventions
- Ensure accuracy of machine status records in Flexnet system
- Analyze and formalize recurring equipment malfunctions
- Propose and monitor equipment reliability improvement initiatives
- Provide support to maintenance teams during equipment recommissioning
- Notify management promptly of equipment difficulties and operational constraints
- Communicate with relevant departments regarding higher-level interventions and preventive maintenance planning
- Work on a three-shift (3×8) rotating schedule
Qualifications
- CFC Automation Technician certification or equivalent
- Proficiency with SAP, Flexnet, Business Intelligence tools, and office software
- Strong knowledge of industrial IT systems and automated equipment interfaces
- Competency in CNC machine operation and programming
- Demonstrated expertise in MS Office applications
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Autonomous decision-making ability with sound judgment
- Strong organizational skills, proactive approach, stress resilience, and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent priority management, adaptability, and responsiveness

Skills
Experience
Proven experience in robotics or automation maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and first-level maintenance operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Education
CFC (Federal Vocational Certificate) in Automation or equivalent professional qualification.
