Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of boutique sales advisors to exceed commercial targets while preserving the Maison’s standards of service and discretion.
- Develop and implement weekly and monthly action plans to optimise footfall conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
- Manage day-to-day boutique operations including staff scheduling, stock replenishment, inventory accuracy and loss-prevention procedures.
- Drive personalised clienteling activities and ensure the CRM is accurately maintained to nurture long-term client relationships.
- Analyse sales KPIs, produce performance reports and translate insights into targeted development plans for individuals and the team.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation adhere to brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Own recruitment, onboarding and ongoing training initiatives in partnership with regional HR and training teams.
- Represent the boutique in high-value client interactions and complex negotiations, ensuring an elevated buying experience.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, with responsibility for a multi-person sales team.
- Track record of achieving and sustaining sales targets in a premium brand or fine watch/jewellery environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience interpreting sales KPIs and implementing corrective action.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach and high standards of professionalism and discretion.
