Rolex seeks a Research & Development Technician in Geneva to develop innovative materials through alloying processes and tooling design.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and fabricate tooling for alloying equipment systems
  • Develop and execute alloying and forming process operations
  • Support project managers in developing new materials
  • Machine material samples to supply characterization studies
  • Ensure sustainability and longevity of completed work
  • Maintain and upgrade the service department's machinery fleet

Qualifications

  • Technician diploma (ES level) in mechanics, microtechniques, or equivalent qualification
  • Proven professional experience implementing processes for new materials
  • Demonstrated expertise in machining equipment operation and tooling development
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative mindset
  • Initiative and innovation-oriented approach
  • Rigour, autonomy, and agility in execution

Experience
