Rolex is hiring a Real Estate Manager in Geneva to manage leasing, administration and operational oversight of the property portfolio.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the administrative, leasing and operational management of the group’s property portfolio, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
- Manage lease terminations and re-lettings, and handle tenant dispute and litigation dossiers.
- Validate monthly rental statements and ensure annual compliance of official rental records.
- Coordinate the enhancement and handover of new buildings and supervise related implementation activities.
- Serve as primary liaison with external property managers and the internal real estate team: prepare and lead annual meetings, communicate evolving strategies, and ensure consistent application of policies.
- Implement and enforce leasing and operational policies in collaboration with internal teams and mandates.
- Analyze and consolidate property reporting: monitor vacancy, turnover, operating expenses (opex), contestation and litigation rates; identify risks and maintain internal reporting reliability.
- Improve internal reporting processes in partnership with the dedicated data/reporting team.
- Draft minutes and formal records for real estate committee meetings and sessions.
Qualifications
- Recognized qualification in real estate; a Brevet fédéral de Gérant d'immeubles and/or continuing education from USPI is an advantage.
- Minimum five years’ experience in property management, régie or real estate administration.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss rental market practices and administrative procedures.
- Proven mastery of leasing processes, administrative follow-up of buildings and interactions with external mandates.
- Strong analytical aptitude with a focus on data reliability, controls and reconciliation.
- Capacity to manage high volumes of administrative work with consistent accuracy.
- Excellent written communication and report-writing skills.
- Professional command of English; German language skills are a plus.
- Discretion, reliability and strong interpersonal skills.

Experience
At least 5 years of professional experience in property management, régie or real estate administration with responsibility for leasing, tenant relations and portfolio reporting.
Education
Recognized real estate qualification; Brevet fédéral de Gérant d'immeubles and/or USPI continuing education considered an advantage.
