Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and receive visitors and service clients; manage reception duties for the R&D service.
  • Maintain and manage the service calendar; answer and route telephone enquiries.
  • Update and maintain various electronic documents and records.
  • Process and enter data related to test campaigns into the departmental database.
  • Organize and follow up reminders for watch inspections and controls.
  • Extract, collate and format responses from questionnaires and surveys for reporting.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Hospitality Management or an equivalent degree.
  • Fluent French — excellent oral and written command required.
  • Strong interest in administrative work within a technical/manufacturing environment.
  • Service-oriented with a pronounced sense of reception and client care.
  • Availability for a six-month internship.

Experience
