Role & Responsibilities
- Support production departments in quality assurance and dimensional control processes
- Master and apply precision measurement tools and statistical methodologies
- Conduct dimensional and aesthetic specification inspections on manufactured components
- Identify, analyse, and resolve production quality issues in daily operations
- Implement and document process and product improvements within designated areas of responsibility
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality standards and compliance
- Maintain detailed measurement records and quality documentation
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in mathematics and technical drawing
- Logical reasoning with demonstrated analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and French
- High-level French language proficiency (training conducted entirely in French)
- Proven attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
