Rolex apprenticeship: Quality Technician in microtechnology (CFC) in Geneva, Switzerland. Three-year vocational training program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support production sectors in maintaining and achieving quality standards through rigorous inspection protocols
- Master and apply dimensional and aesthetic control methods using precision measurement tools
- Conduct quality measurements and perform root-cause analysis to resolve production issues
- Execute continuous improvement projects within assigned quality perimeter
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process enhancements
- Maintain detailed quality documentation and statistical records
- Contribute to both individual and team-based quality initiatives
