Rolex seeks a Quality Projects Manager in Geneva, Switzerland to lead cross‑functional quality improvement projects across manufacturing and supply chain.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver cross‑functional quality improvement projects from definition through implementation and validation, ensuring alignment with production and R&D priorities.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets and success metrics; coordinate multidisciplinary teams including manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and suppliers.
  • Implement, maintain and enhance quality management system processes (QMS), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and audit readiness.
  • Conduct root‑cause analysis (8D, Ishikawa, Pareto) and oversee resolution plans, verifying effective corrective measures and closure.
  • Develop and monitor quality KPIs and statistical process control (SPC) metrics to drive continuous improvement and reduce nonconformities.
  • Interface with external suppliers to manage supplier quality performance, incoming inspection criteria and technical conformity of components.
  • Prepare technical documentation, project reports and present findings to senior stakeholders; deliver training and knowledge transfer to operational teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, materials science, industrial engineering or equivalent technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrable project management capability, with formal training or certification (e.g., PMI, Prince2) advantageous.
  • Proven competence in structured problem solving and corrective action methodologies (8D, FMEA, APQP).
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and systems (ISO 9001) and experience with QMS deployment in a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and interact with external suppliers.
