Tudor Quality Projects Coordinator in Geneva, Switzerland. Lead cross-functional quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze market data to identify emerging trends in sales warranty and service warranty returns
- Lead the critical quality deviation management process in coordination with development, production, logistics, and commercial functions to ensure rapid and effective resolution
- Guarantee progress and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives with development, purchasing, and production teams, as well as with Kenissi partner
- Participate with Tudor Manufactures and Kenissi teams in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing overall Tudor quality performance
- Work with after-sales service teams to optimize and control service warranty return rates
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent engineering qualification (EPF/HES or equivalent)
- Confirmed professional experience in project management
- Mastery of statistics and quality management tools (QRQC, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Auditing)
- Knowledge of watchmaking and mechanical movement functionality
- Proactive and pragmatic personality with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Strong propositive skills, diplomatic approach, and ease collaborating with multidisciplinary stakeholders
Skills
Experience
Confirmed professional experience in project management, ideally within manufacturing, luxury goods, or quality assurance environments. Background in watchmaking or mechanical product development is advantageous.
Education
University degree or equivalent engineering qualification (EPF, HES, or equivalent institution).
