Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver cross‑functional quality improvement projects from definition through implementation, ensuring objectives, timelines and budgets are met.
- Define, monitor and report key quality metrics and project KPIs to senior stakeholders; propose corrective actions and continuous improvement plans.
- Coordinate supplier quality activities, including audits, non‑conformance management, root‑cause analysis (8D) and implementation of CAPA.
- Implement and maintain quality systems and standards in line with ISO requirements and internal manufacturing protocols.
- Facilitate cross‑departmental working groups (production, R&D, procurement, engineering) to embed quality by design and sustain process robustness.
- Prepare technical documentation, risk assessments (FMEA) and project reports; present findings to management and governance committees.
Qualifications
- Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, materials science or equivalent technical discipline.
- Proven experience leading quality projects in precision manufacturing, ideally in watchmaking or high‑precision components.
- Practical expertise with quality methodologies: FMEA, APQP, 8D problem solving and root cause analysis.
- Experience with supplier quality management and conducting technical supplier audits.
- Fluent French and professional working proficiency in English; additional languages an asset.
- Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred.
