ROLEX is building a talent pool for Quality Project Managers to support the deployment of its new industrial site in Bulle, with initial training in Geneva before the assignment continues in the canton of Fribourg. The role drives preventive quality, industrial qualification, supplier collaboration, product and process risk analysis, and continuous improvement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive preventive quality within project teams dedicated to new products and processes.
- Implement industrial qualification processes.
- Collaborate with component suppliers, subcontractors, and manufacturing process suppliers.
- Participate in the qualification of new products and processes.
- Facilitate product and process risk analyses.
- Lead specific or cross-functional quality projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality practices and processes.
Qualifications
- Technical and/or quality education at Bachelor of Applied Sciences level or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in quality tools, particularly statistical analysis and risk analysis.
- Knowledge of project management.
- Lean / Six Sigma training is an asset.
- Leadership, strong communication, autonomy, rigour, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to explain technical subjects in accessible terms.
- Availability to complete initial training in Geneva before continuing the assignment in the canton of Fribourg.
