Role & Responsibilities
- Communicate global directives and translate them into actionable roadmaps for each team, setting individual objectives.
- Guide and support team members in achieving their goals and enhancing their skills.
- Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes open communication and trust, contributing to team cohesion.
- Develop relationships with partners to promote a culture of quality, invigorate exchanges, and mobilize resources.
- Encourage cross-functional communication with internal partners.
- Ensure adherence to processes and facilitate information flow.
- Lead the Project Quality Management team, focusing on Superlative Control.
- Ensure the implementation of various management and reporting tools.
- Enhance process efficiency by anticipating changes and new constraints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field with knowledge of quality management.
- Training and/or experience in the watchmaking industry.
- Proven experience in team management.
