Role & Responsibilities
- Audit existing quality performance indicators and reporting; assess strengths, limitations and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather requirements from the various production and reporting streams to define stakeholder needs across levels.
- Design and propose dashboards and meaningful quality KPIs to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data reliability in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Propose and contribute to the development of analytical tools, leveraging data‑science methods and best practices.
- Support the evolution and continuous improvement of the self‑service quality BI ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (e.g., Data Science, Business/HEC, Industrial Engineering or equivalent).
- Strong grounding in statistics and quality management principles.
- Demonstrated analytical rigour and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Effective collaborator with a team-oriented mindset.
- Methodical, rigorous and able to work autonomously.
Experience
This is an internship-level role; no specific professional tenure is required. Candidates should have academic/project experience in data analysis, statistics or quality-related coursework; prior internships or project work in analytics, BI or quality assurance are advantageous.
Education
Master's level enrolment in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business (HEC) or a closely related discipline.
