Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to product specifications and associated documentation.
  • Operate within an autonomous cell and act as the primary source of information for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct control operations following established sampling methods and adhere to 'Aesthetic Robustness' standards.
  • Input control data and usage decisions into the system accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.

Qualifications

  • Training as a quality controller and/or significant experience in aesthetic and dimensional control, ideally in the watchmaking sector.
  • Proficiency in aesthetic control methods and component inspection according to quality standards.
  • Basic knowledge of computer tools, with SAP being an advantage.
  • Ability to read simple technical plans and follow procedures.
  • Basic understanding of optical measurement tools.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Ability to make clear and precise decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Meticulousness and autonomy.

Experience

Significant experience in aesthetic and dimensional quality control, preferably within the watchmaking industry.

Education

Training in quality control or related field.
