Rolex Quality Controller position in Bienne, Switzerland. Dimensional and aesthetic quality inspection of watch components.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspect horological components using calibrated and appropriate measurement equipment to ensure compliance with specifications
  • Record and communicate quality control results and findings to relevant departments
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes and quality standards
  • Provide technical guidance and support to production operators on quality control procedures and requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality control, preferably in precision machining or watch component manufacturing
  • Proficiency with conventional quality control instruments and gauges
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and methodology
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
