Rolex Quality Controller position in Bienne, Switzerland. Dimensional and aesthetic quality inspection of watch components.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspect horological components using calibrated and appropriate measurement equipment to ensure compliance with specifications
- Record and communicate quality control results and findings to relevant departments
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to production operators on quality control procedures and requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in quality control, preferably in precision machining or watch component manufacturing
- Proficiency with conventional quality control instruments and gauges
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools and methodology
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Skills
Experience
Experience in quality control within precision manufacturing or the horological sector is advantageous.
Education
Technical training in metrology, quality assurance, or manufacturing preferred; alternatively, demonstrated proficiency through practical experience in quality control roles.
