Rolex seeks a Quality Control Methods Technician in Bienne, Switzerland to manage measurement processes and control methodologies for parts inspection.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process specific measurement requests and technical measurement requirements
- Represent control methods at QRQC (Quality Review Quick Cycle) forums
- Manage measurement correlations and alignment with external suppliers
- Create and modify dimensional control DXF files and inspection documentation
- Develop and maintain dimensional ICQ (Inspection Control Qualification) files
- Create and revise documentation governing the use and procedures of measurement equipment
- Verify that control methods are applied in full compliance with established field protocols
- Support equipment operators in the programming and configuration of standard measurement instruments
- Address and resolve disputes related to conventional measurement equipment
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification as an ES Technician in microtechnology or equivalent technical qualification
- Confirmed professional experience in quality assurance and metrology
- Demonstrated knowledge of measurement instrumentation and methodologies
- Customer and supplier orientation with strong teamwork capabilities
- High degree of autonomy and initiative
- Excellent analytical and synthetic thinking with strong written communication skills

Education
ES Technician diploma in microtechnology or equivalent technical qualification in a related field.
