Rolex Quality Assurance Coordinator in Bienne, Switzerland. Lead quality management and continuous improvement in watchmaking production.
Role & Responsibilities
- Chair quality review meetings (QRQC), manage incoming and outgoing quality discrepancies, and address internal and external non-conformities
- Pilot root cause analyses, coordinate corrective actions, and monitor quality indicators across the Movements sector
- Represent production workshops in liaison with suppliers and internal clients, and contribute to continuous improvement projects
Qualifications
- Technical training in watchmaking, micromechanics, precision mechanics, or equivalent qualification
- Mastery of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and aesthetic requirements for watchmaking components
- Ability to analyze data, track performance indicators, and collaborate with workshops, suppliers, and support functions
- Strong attention to detail with unwavering commitment to quality excellence
- Analytical mindset, responsiveness, and capacity to propose pragmatic field-based solutions

Skills
Experience
Confirmed experience in quality management within the watchmaking or precision manufacturing industry is highly valued. Demonstrated proficiency in handling quality discrepancies and driving corrective action implementation.
Education
Technical diploma or equivalent in watchmaking, micromechanics, or precision mechanics required. Complementary training in quality management, Lean, continuous improvement, or production management is preferred. Higher education qualification (ES/HES level) or proven experience in watchmaking quality assurance is a distinct advantage.
