Rolex seeks an internship candidate for its Purchasing, Support and Infrastructure division to acquire comprehensive experience across the procurement lifecycle from needs identification through project delivery. The intern will support cross-functional procurement teams across multiple product segments and participate in transversal departmental initiatives focused on strategic purchasing and sustainable sourcing practices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support procurement teams across leather goods, watch accessories, promotional articles, derived products, and components (crystals, plastics, hands, leather strands) and research and development segments
- Provide project support to cross-functional teams and individual buyers on domain-specific initiatives and responsible purchasing subjects
- Prepare confidentiality agreements, sustainable development charters, and contractual documentation
- Participate in data analysis and database maintenance activities
- Assist procurement teams in order management and logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Commercial Studies or Purchasing or equivalent
- Financial and commercial competencies with foundational knowledge of procurement processes
- Fluency in both French and English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated adaptability and team collaboration
- Self-motivated with strong organizational abilities and attentive interpersonal skills

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Studies, Purchasing, or equivalent program.
