Rolex (Tudor) in Geneva seeks a Purchasing Coordinator on a 12-month contract to support procurement operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the procurement team with operational and administrative tasks to ensure supply aligns with negotiated purchasing conditions.
- Process, follow up and track purchase orders with suppliers and internal stakeholders until delivery and invoicing closure.
- Maintain and guarantee the accuracy of purchasing master data in line with defined procurement strategies.
- Manage supplier and internal client relationships, escalating issues and coordinating corrective actions where required.
- Prepare procurement documentation, update records in SAP and assist in ad hoc procurement projects or reporting.
Qualifications
- Federal VET diploma in commercial administration (CFC) or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Practical knowledge of SAP; confident use of common office software and spreadsheets.
- Fluent written and spoken French.
- Autonomous, versatile and analytical with strong organisational skills.
- Curious, proactive and able to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level to junior: vocational training supplemented by initial experience in purchasing or procurement is desirable; experience in watchmaking or luxury goods procurement is a plus.
Education
Federal VET diploma in commercial administration (CFC) or equivalent.
