Rolex (Tudor) in Geneva seeks a Purchasing Coordinator on a 12-month contract to support procurement operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the procurement team with operational and administrative tasks to ensure supply aligns with negotiated purchasing conditions.
  • Process, follow up and track purchase orders with suppliers and internal stakeholders until delivery and invoicing closure.
  • Maintain and guarantee the accuracy of purchasing master data in line with defined procurement strategies.
  • Manage supplier and internal client relationships, escalating issues and coordinating corrective actions where required.
  • Prepare procurement documentation, update records in SAP and assist in ad hoc procurement projects or reporting.

Qualifications

  • Federal VET diploma in commercial administration (CFC) or equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Practical knowledge of SAP; confident use of common office software and spreadsheets.
  • Fluent written and spoken French.
  • Autonomous, versatile and analytical with strong organisational skills.
  • Curious, proactive and able to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

Experience

Entry-level to junior: vocational training supplemented by initial experience in purchasing or procurement is desirable; experience in watchmaking or luxury goods procurement is a plus.
