Rolex Geneva internship: support annual purchasing budget planning for consumables and tools in the Purchasing, Support and Infrastructure division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the annual budget for consumable and tooling product families
- Reconstruct procurement requirements based on product ranges, historical consumption data, and available sources
- Communicate anticipated needs to external partners and internal stakeholders through regular site visits to ensure reliable supply chains, gather field requirements, and optimize costs
- Create tools to track budgetary performance and identify budget variances
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in supply chain management, mechanical engineering, purchasing, or equivalent discipline
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Analytical mindset with rigorous attention to numerical data processing
- Autonomous work style with demonstrated capacity for proactive activity management
