Role & Responsibilities
- Support the watch, derivative products and R&D purchasing teams in day‑to‑day procurement activities and supplier communication.
- Prepare and follow up purchase orders, delivery schedules and shipment tracking until goods receipt.
- Maintain and update procurement documentation, specifications and supplier files to ensure traceability and compliance.
- Assist with supplier qualification, cost and market analysis and the collection of technical data for R&D projects.
- Update ERP records and inventory data; produce regular status reports and presentation materials for stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional interactions between Purchasing, R&D, Quality and Production to facilitate project timelines.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme in supply chain management, procurement, industrial engineering, business or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical ability, organisational rigor and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with ERP systems desirable.
- Professional discretion, ability to handle confidential technical and commercial information.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; collaborative approach to cross‑functional teamwork.

No prior professional experience required; prior internships or coursework related to procurement, supply chain or manufacturing are advantageous.
Education
