Rolex in Geneva seeks a Proximity Manager — Product & Resources Logistics to lead a logistics team overseeing reception, preparation and shipment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead a logistics team responsible for reception, preparation and shipment of products and resources for internal clients.
- Set and cascade strategic orientations and individual performance objectives; coach and support team members in skill development and goal attainment.
- Manage operational performance through the deployment and continuous improvement of reporting, KPI and planning tools.
- Ensure workload-to-capacity alignment for the unit, prioritising internal customer requirements and production imperatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, propose operational optimisations and take autonomous decisions to enhance service levels.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF) or Federal Logistics diploma (Brevet Fédéral de Logisticien) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum five years of proven people-management experience, ideally in logistics, production or supply-chain operations.
- Solid knowledge of logistics flows and production management principles.
- Proven experience using SAP for transactional and planning activities.
- Strong communicator with stakeholder management skills, autonomy and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Experience
At least 5 years of progressive experience in logistics or production operations with demonstrable team leadership responsibilities; hands-on experience with SAP and operational performance management is expected.
Education
Engineering degree (HES/EPF), Federal Logistics qualification (Brevet Fédéral de Logisticien), or equivalent.
