Role & Responsibilities
- Design, pilot and scale next‑generation training programmes for retail teams across the assigned region, blending classroom, on‑the‑job and digital learning.
- Coach store managers and sales advisors to embed best practices in clienteling, product knowledge and service rituals specific to high‑end watch retail.
- Collaborate with global L&D, retail operations and HR to align local learning roadmaps with brand standards and commercial objectives.
- Measure training impact via KPIs (sales conversion, average transaction value, client retention, mystery shopping) and iterate content accordingly.

Qualifications
- Proven experience leading training or L&D initiatives within luxury retail, ideally in watches, jewelry or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable track record in frontline retail management or field operations with responsibility for multiple stores.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience deploying blended learning methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently to retail locations and to work flexible hours to support in‑store initiatives.

At least 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail operations and learning & development, including direct responsibility for designing and rolling out training programmes across multiple stores or regions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in business, hospitality, human resources or a related discipline.
