Join Rolex in Geneva as a Prototype Technician in the Research & Development division. Seeking expertise in CNC machining and programming for dial prototypes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Fabricate complete dial prototypes.
  • Collaborate with designers and project managers on conceptual designs.
  • Develop production processes in alignment with team expertise, including background settings, decal application, assembly, and available machining resources.
  • Program using Creo ProE or other CAM software.
  • Operate CNC machinery for 3/5-axis milling and turning.
  • Design and create specific tooling.
  • Order tools directly from suppliers.
  • Communicate new products and machining methods to industrialization and production partners.
  • Monitor technological advancements in machining techniques.
  • Engage with suppliers regarding tools, equipment, and machinery.
  • Explore new assembly and dial design techniques.

Qualifications

  • CFC in polymechanics or mechanical technician.
  • Proficiency in CNC machining and programming, including 3/5-axis milling and turning.
  • Familiarity with conventional machining techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of CAM, with proficiency in ProE as an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of dial manufacturing methods is beneficial.

Experience

Experience in CNC machining and programming is required, with a focus on 3/5-axis milling and turning.

Education
