Rolex Tudor hiring Project Manager – Watch Case Construction in Geneva. Engineering role in development and reliability department.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design complete watch assemblies (movement, case, dial, and bracelet) and evaluate performance, reliability, and technical feasibility for new product development and continuous improvement of production models
- Generate and maintain data for integration into the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of articles, technical drawings, and digital prototypes
- Collaborate directly with prototyping technicians and design teams to oversee and support initial prototype development and validation
- Interface with production departments and external suppliers to coordinate industrial convergence and manufacturability requirements
- Identify and analyze product characteristics and specifications in close collaboration with the reliability laboratory
- Develop and implement design tools and methodologies through digital platforms to support engineering and design optimization
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in microtechnology or mechanical engineering from a recognized institution (HES, EPF, or equivalent)
- Advanced proficiency in design software (CREO, Simulate, ANSYS)
- Knowledge of PLM systems, specifically Windchill PDMLink
- Experience in micromechanical construction, preferably in horological case design or jewelry applications
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated objectivity and methodological rigor
- Assertive communicator capable of driving initiatives within cross-functional teams

Experience
Experience in micromechanical construction is required, with preference given to candidates with background in horological case design, watch assembly engineering, or luxury jewelry manufacturing.
Education
Engineering degree in microtechnology or mechanical engineering from a Swiss or European institution recognized as equivalent to HES or EPF standard.
