Rolex seeks a Project Manager in Bienne, Switzerland to lead supply chain governance initiatives and optimize planning processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery through scoping, scheduling, team coordination, and performance metrics
- Support supply chain governance instances and track action items from steering committees
- Structure and enhance supply chain processes and practices at the Bienne site
- Contribute to the evolution and refinement of supply chain methodologies and procedures
- Establish and develop a supply chain competency development network
- Drive change management initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and recommend improvements to optimize supply chain processes and tools
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (EPF/HES or equivalent) with specialization in supply chain or production management
- Demonstrated experience in planning, supply chain, or production management
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships and coordinate across teams
- Analytical mindset with strong synthesis and strategic thinking capabilities
