Rolex SA seeks a part-time Project Manager for Productivity & AI initiatives in Geneva. ISC or IG student at HEPIA/HEG.
Role & Responsibilities
- Identify productivity improvement opportunities and facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify relevant use cases and tools
- Propose, quantify, and deliver significant productivity gains benefiting various business activities
- Lead and animate the Division's AI community and foster knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Provide training and support on prompt engineering best practices across the organization
- Deploy and operationalize solutions leveraging the organization's generative AI tools
- Exploit, popularize, and promote internal GenAI models throughout the Division
- Administer and deploy the line's prompt library and documentation framework
- Evaluate and identify appropriate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools to support efficiency initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in HEPIA's ISC (Information and Communication Systems) program or HEG's IG (Information Technology Management) program
- Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated teamwork orientation
- Outstanding communication abilities
Skills
Experience
Currently pursuing advanced studies in information technology or management; practical experience with AI tools or process automation is valued.
Education
Currently enrolled student at HEPIA (ISC – Information and Communication Systems program) or HEG (IG – Information Technology Management program).
