Rolex Project Manager, Operational Excellence in Geneva, Switzerland – lead transformation initiatives and drive organizational performance improvements.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and transformation projects in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management directives
- Deploy and orchestrate an enterprise-wide Data Excellence initiative, including governance forums, working sessions on objectives and indicators, and requisite training delivery
- Conduct performance analysis of business operations across strategic dimensions (mission, vision, objectives, key performance indicators) and organizational factors (processes, governance, business practices)
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team methodologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or Master's degree in Management
- Demonstrated ability to analyse contextual elements and business/organizational challenges
