Rolex SA seeks a Projects Manager for Maintenance & Capital Investment in Geneva. Lead maintenance integration across equipment acquisition projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent maintenance requirements and perspectives across equipment acquisition and capital investment projects
- Drive feedback analysis (RETEX) and internal needs assessment to inform project specifications
- Monitor project progress and scheduling compliance; present and enforce prescribed technical specifications
- Pilot and coordinate activities of integrated partner services aligned to project scope
- Establish planning visibility and calculate, track, and communicate advancement indicators to stakeholders
- Ensure optimal maintainability and lifecycle readiness of newly acquired equipment
- Prepare and deliver maintenance and logistics assessments at interim and project conclusion milestones
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering (HES or equivalent) with demonstrated experience in project management, methods, or maintenance
- Technical knowledge and comprehensive understanding of maintenance operations and activities
- Proven capacity to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
- Established track record in project management
- English proficiency at B2 level minimum
- Collaborative team orientation with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset, technical curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and operational autonomy
- Effective communicator with internal and external departmental stakeholders
- Rigorous, methodical, reliable approach with demonstrated delivery-focused culture
- Capacity to propose innovative solutions and challenge established practices

Demonstrated experience in project management, methods engineering, or maintenance operations, preferably in capital equipment acquisition or manufacturing environments.
Education
Engineering degree (HES or equivalent qualification).
