Project Manager, Logistics Industrialization at Rolex in Geneva—oversee large-scale logistics programs and equipment industrialization for Production and Commercial divisions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead logistics program portfolios and equipment industrialization initiatives with oversight of functional specifications, deadlines, and budgetary compliance
- Plan and orchestrate progress review sessions; coordinate activities across functional teams to ensure program cohesion and consistency
- Arbitrate strategic decisions balancing project objectives with operational constraints; serve as driving force for project team momentum and engagement
- Prepare and chair steering committee (COPIL/CODIR) meetings; maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and clients
- Formulate requirements, establish project objectives, and consolidate input data; propose concept solutions aligned with strategic goals
- Develop specifications documentation and coordinate engagement with industrial partners on equipment delivery and integration
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and evaluate emerging technologies in logistics to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (EPF or equivalent) in logistics, mechanical engineering, or information systems
- Demonstrated experience coordinating large-scale logistics programs and equipment industrialization projects
- Proficiency with IT tools and processes including ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), LES (Logistics Execution Systems), and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems)
- Excellent organizational competencies with ability to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and effective communication and synthesis abilities
- Dynamic, flexible mindset with collaborative team orientation
- English and/or German language proficiency is advantageous
