Role & Responsibilities
- Design and develop logistics solutions leveraging the L.E.S platform by analysing internal client requirements, understanding operational workflows and constraints, and proposing fit-for-purpose functional responses
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, formalising necessary elements to enable implementation teams to evaluate solutions, secure costing, and prepare deployment
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Logistics Industrialisation & Methods, IT, and Management to align objectives, prioritise initiatives, and manage trade-offs whilst providing transparent visibility on progress, impacts, and decisions
- Identify optimisation and simplification opportunities for logistics processes through L.E.S utilisation; contribute to harmonising practices across sites, reducing recurring issues, and driving continuous improvement
- Maintain functional consistency of the solution by monitoring global evolution coherence, accounting for existing usage patterns and cross-site impacts; work closely with Application Support to facilitate feature adoption, document operating rules, and ensure effective user uptake
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (EPF, HES or equivalent), ideally in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production systems, or technology management
- Proven experience in logistics environments spanning methods, operations, continuous improvement, and process/tool deployment, ideally with IT-adjacent components
- Excellent stakeholder coordination and management capabilities including facilitation, communication, and collaborative team dynamics
- Proficiency with supply chain digital tools (WMS, L.E.S, ERP systems) and ability to translate field constraints into solution-oriented approaches
- Familiarity with iterative working practices (Agile methodologies and short-cycle development)
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in logistics environments encompassing methods optimisation, operational management, continuous improvement initiatives, and successful deployment of processes and digital tools. Experience with IT-adjacent components or system integration is advantageous.
Education
