Rolex seeks a Project Manager in Geneva for Logistics Industrialisation, managing equipment and infrastructure projects for Production and Commercial divisions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse and scope projects by gathering input data, consolidating information, and defining objectives with precision in collaboration with stakeholders
- Propose innovative solutions integrating strategic objectives and cutting-edge sustainable technologies tailored to project scope
- Develop comprehensive technical and functional specifications, formalising requirements into clear, structured reference documentation
- Lead and coordinate project team activities, conduct regular meetings, synchronise team efforts, and monitor progress against timelines
- Establish and manage project schedules and budgets, develop forecasts, ensure tracking rigour, and maintain cost control throughout project lifecycle
- Communicate project status regularly to senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams through structured reporting
- Cultivate and manage relationships with industrial partners, organise collaborative meetings, and coordinate efforts to achieve shared objectives
Qualifications
- Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent in logistics, mechanical engineering, or microtechnics
- Proven experience managing industrial projects from conception through delivery
- Demonstrated expertise in automated industrial equipment deployment (conveying systems, vision systems, specialised machinery, etc.)
- Strong organizational capacity and demonstrated autonomy in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, synthesis capability, and clear communication
- Experience in supply chain and/or industrial logistics (preferred)
- Background in environmental management or sustainable development (preferred)
- Fluency in English and/or German (preferred)

Experience
Confirmed experience in project management with demonstrated capability in conducting industrial projects. Prior experience with automated industrial equipment provision (conveying, vision systems, specialised machines) is required. Background in supply chain and industrial logistics is advantageous.
Education
