Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate priority initiatives related to the Precitrame machine fleet and represent the manufacturing sector in all vendor communications
• Maintain comprehensive visibility of fleet status, risks, priorities, and action plans
• Participate in steering committees comprising Procurement, vendor representatives, Production, and supporting departments
• Deliver reliable and regular reporting to operations teams and management
• Facilitate seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders
• Centralize and analyze machine-related data including availability, downtime, incidents, interventions, and ongoing actions
• Prepare, conduct, and follow up on steering committee meetings with Procurement, vendor, Production, and support services
• Articulate sector needs, constraints, and priorities during vendor interactions
• Formalize decisions, track mutual commitments, and ensure timely completion of action items
• Develop and maintain dashboards, performance indicators, and machine fleet reporting
• Lead internal status meetings and ensure effective information dissemination
• Identify recurring malfunctions, support root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective actions

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary project management
• Technical apprenticeship (CFC) in polymechanics, mechanical engineering, automation, or industrial maintenance
• Advanced technical qualification (Technician ES diploma or equivalent) preferred
• Proven experience in industrial production environments
• Strong comprehension of production operations and industrial machinery ecosystems
• Proven ability to coordinate technical initiatives involving multiple internal departments and external suppliers
• Demonstrated capability to prepare, facilitate meetings, formalize decisions, and drive action plans
• Ability to structure and analyze technical and operational information
• Proficiency with office software, particularly Excel, and dashboard creation tools
• Strong organizational discipline and dependability in commitment tracking
• Excellent communication skills, diplomatic approach, and professional representation ability
• Strong analytical thinking with capacity to communicate complex issues and priorities clearly
• Proactive mindset, dynamic engagement, and solution-oriented approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to build consensus among diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated perseverance in advancing complex initiatives
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects

Skills

Experience

Confirmed experience working within industrial production environments with exposure to machine fleet management and multidisciplinary technical coordination.

Education

Technical apprenticeship (CFC) in polymechanics, mechanical engineering, automation, or industrial maintenance required; advanced technical qualification such as Technician ES diploma or equivalent is preferred.
