Rolex SA seeks a Project Manager in Geneva to lead information systems projects from conception through deployment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct and optimize all project and programme resources, including human capital, budget, and stakeholder management, holding final accountability for outcomes
- Lead project financial management and ensure compliance with all defined requirements including quality, cost, and schedule parameters
- Maintain alignment between project and programme objectives and business unit requirements
- Organize, coordinate, and lead project and programme teams
- Arbitrate conflicts and disputes between the project team and other organizational stakeholders
- Oversee project execution and performance monitoring
- Coordinate, synthesize, and ensure quality of all project validations and approvals
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (Master HES or EPF equivalent)
- 3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in demanding industrial environments
- Proven experience leading projects using Agile methodologies and practices
- Native French speaker with strong command of English
- Proficiency with project management tools and information systems
- Demonstrated mastery of both predictive and Agile project management approaches
- Rigorous, autonomous, organized approach with strong sense of accountability
- Excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
- Ability to adapt management approach to context, stakes, and team maturity levels
- Collaborative mindset with genuine enjoyment of teamwork
- Exceptional communication skills, natural leadership ability, and customer service orientation
- High adaptability to learn domain-specific knowledge and manage diverse project portfolios

3–5 years of project management experience in demanding industrial environments, with demonstrated proficiency in both predictive and Agile project management methodologies.
Education
