  • Formulate project needs and define objectives for equipment and packaging industrialization.
  • Propose concepts aligned with project goals and sustainable development.
  • Draft detailed project specifications.
  • Coordinate actions with the project team.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules.
  • Establish and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Provide regular project reporting to management and relevant teams.
  • Coordinate meetings with industrial partners.

Qualifications

  • HES, EPF degree or equivalent university education.
  • Proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of projects in equipment and packaging.
  • Experience in supply chain and/or industrial logistics is advantageous.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and autonomy. Proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an asset. Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, synthesis, and effective communication. Dynamic, flexible, and a team player.

Experience

Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, particularly in equipment and packaging.

Education

HES, EPF degree or equivalent university education.
